This modern, federation-inspired farmhouse was conceived by the client, designed and documented by Harmonic Design, and brought to fruition by Dellatorre Construction.
It features 140mm studwork for R4.0 wall batts, local stone and polished concrete for internal thermal mass, heritage galvanised sheet metal, and large double-glazed timber windows throughout. The house has 3.3m ceilings throughout, with exposed rafters under the central roof serving as the main feature within the living area.
This considered design combines modern energy efficiency with traditional aesthetics, creating a comfortable and visually appealing living space.
