Hotel Elliot
Project Info
The owners of Hotel Elliot are pursuing a phased consolidation and upgrade of their hotel complex. The proposal includes:
Renovating and expanding the existing pizza kitchen, adding a new pizza oven and a back bar.
Constructing a separate new building to accommodate a bar, a beer garden, and a large outdoor television, plus reconfigured seating areas.
We assisted the clients in obtaining Planning and Building approvals for the outdoor television and an acoustic wall along the western boundary (as shown). Those approved works were completed in 2023. The remainder of the larger development including the new building, is currently on hold.

Masterplanning, Concept Design, Liquor Licensing assistance.
