The owners of Hotel Elliot sort a consolidation of their hotel complex with multiple stages of developments including the renovation of their existing pizza kitchen to be expanded, featuring a new pizza oven with back bar along with a new building set to host a new separate bar, beergarden and large outdoor television as well as revised seating areas.
We helped the clients obtain Planning & Building approval for the outdoor TV with acoustic wall along the western boundary (as depicted) which was constructed in 2023 however the larger development is on hold.
