Boral approached Harmonic Design to develop a concept for their Administration & Amenities building within their sprawling concrete parts production that’s been under development in the Geelong industrial precinct for several years.
Working closely with Arcadis [engineers], Harmonic Design fostered a design lead process for this component of the work through a complicated site where built form was seemingly secondary to plant and processing. After a detail documentation phase including the specification of the interior fitout (finishes, furniture, joinery etc) the project’s development was paused due to other priorities on site.
